This amazing creation was made by Michelle West, one of our learners who attends a Cake Decorating Techniques course with our Adult Community Learning team.
The students task was to produce a finale cake for the course and they chose a Tropical Summer theme. This involved filling/coating, airbrushing and stacking a tall tiered cake, followed by demonstrating modelling techniques in flower/foliage/flamingo/fruit. Definitely Bake Off material!
The Cake Decorating Techniques course runs on a Thursday at our Tooting campus and is for all levels.
