"I was able to get onto a physiotherapy degree which is generally very competitive. Kingston College helped me achieve a real ambition of mine." Matt Sedgwick, Sport & Exercise Science Student
College life wasn’t quite what I expected: it was a pleasant surprise at how comfortable I was during my time at Kingston College, I felt a great transition from secondary school to further education.
I really enjoyed the fact that I could play football while studying, with a great set of lectures and lessons especially during my last year. I also achieved a Level 1 Coaching Certificate so I could externally volunteer to coach football which is something I really enjoy.
Going on the paintball trip with the football team with former tutors, Martyn and Alex, as well as Charlie (our coach) was a lot of fun. And the final Nando's trip with my other tutor Jade and the class which was a lovely conclusion to my time at Kingston.
I would highly recommend applying. I was able to get onto a physiotherapy degree which is generally very competitive. Kingston College helped me achieve a real ambition of mine. I was provided with a route which allowed me to enjoy my education and prepare me in ways which I wasn’t aware of until I started university. I was also pleasantly surprised to see someone from college here with me at Wolverhampton University.
